This petition is directed against the order dated 17.02.2015 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Solapur thereby rejecting the application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure of transferring two Civil Appeals in one Court. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that now both the appeals are transferred to the same Court. 4.

In view of the above, now the Court is having two Civil Appeals i.e. Regular Civil Appeal No. 79 of 2013 and Regular Civil Appeal No. 80 of 2013 and the same are pending in the file and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
