Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners on Civil Application No.528 of 2017 and Civil Application No.1751 of 2017. 2.

The Civil Application No.528 of 2017 is for bringing the legal heir of petitioner No.2 on record.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application supported by affidavit, the Civil Application No.528 of 2017 is allowed.

We have also considered the Civil Application No.1751 of 2017 which is for seeking amendment in the Writ Petition. 5.
