By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks the following relief : "(a) this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to forthwith consider the proposal of the Petitioner for converting the land admeasuring about 106.00 Sq.Mtrs. from Gut No.60/12, situated at Mouje Vihitgaon, Taluka and District Nashik into the NonAgricultural Land and grant the Petitioner Non-Agricultural Permission in respect of the said land."

We therefore direct Respondent No.2 to forthwith consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 17th May, 2018 and pass a speaking order within a period of six weeks from today, in accordance with law.

Before passing a speaking order, Respondent No.2 shall give a hearing to the Petitioner and the concerned parties, if any. 4.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file additional documents, if any, within a period of one week from today alongwith his written submissions before Respondent No.2. 5.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 6.
