This application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed against Respondent Nos.2,3, 5 & 6 by order passed by the Registrar (Judicial I) on 5.1.2017, for non-service. 2.

The learned Counsel submits that immediately on2 3.2.2017, he moved an application for restoration. He submits that he will serve respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 and 6 and file an affidavit of service. 3.

In view of this, the impugned order dated 5.1.2017 is set aside. The petition is restored to its original file. The petitioner
