This is a second bail application filed by the Applicant who was facing trial in NDPS Case arising from Crime No.79 of 2016 registered with Mumbra Police Station, Thane for offences under Section 8(c), 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) Act. The first application was dismissed by order dated 7.11.2017 in Criminal Bail Application No.1877 of 2017.

Learned APP states that during pendency of this application, the Applicant who was Accused No.1 in the case has been held Salgaonkar
