This is an application seeking permission to temporarily leave the country for a limited period. The applicant herein is granted bail by an order dated 10/9/2015. One of the condition was that the applicant shall surrender passport with Cuff Parade Police Station and shall not leave country without permission of this Court. The learned Counsel for the applicant upon instruction submits that the applicant desires to travel to Jeddah from 17th March, 2017 to 27th 1/3

March, 2017(both days inclusive) for religious ceremony. The applicant desires to travel to Kuala Lumpur for business purpose from 8th April, 2017 to 13th April, 2017(both days inclusive). And also desires to visit Dubai, Geneva and Paris during the period of 27th April, 2017 to 17th June, 2017 with her family. The applicant was earlier granted relief by an order dated 4th May, 2016. The learned Counsel submits that the applicant has not committed breach of any conditions imposed upon her. In view of this, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant is permitted to travel as per the itinerary. (iii) The concerned police station shall return the passport to the applicant by 15th March, 2017. Upon return the applicant shall 2/3

deposit her passport with the concerned police station within one week.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
