The Applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.371/22, dated 18/09/2022, registered with Shahapur Police Station, Thane Rural, under sections 323, 324 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset learned counsel for the Applicant states that he is not pressing this application for the Applicant No.1 Santosh Khupse. Recording this statement, the application in respect of the Applicant No.1 is dismissed as not pressed. 3.

Learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

2024.03.06 15:58:13 +0530 makes a statement that the investigating agency does not want MANUSHREE NESARIKAR to arrest the Applicant Nos.2 and 3. However, they be directed to Nesarikar

This statement is recorded. Her request for attendance can be considered. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press the application for Applicant Nos.2 and 3 as well.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The application on behalf of the Applicant No.1 is dismissed as withdrawn.

(ii) The application on behalf of Applicant Nos.2 and 3 is not pressed and therefore is disposed of, in view of the statement of the learned APP.

(iii) However, Applicant Nos.2 and 3 shall attend the concerned police station from 18/03/2024 to 20/03/2024 between 01.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m.

and thereafter as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.
