1] This is an application for relaxation of the condition imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by its Order dated 24.6.2014.

2] By the said Order, the applicant has been directed to report the Office of the DCB, CID, Unit-II on every Monday and Thursday between 6.00 p.m to 8.00 p.m till the disposal of the case against him or until further orders, whichever is earlier. By a subsequent Order dated 13.1.2016, the said condition was further modified and the applicant was directed to report to the Trial Court on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month 1/2

appp.201-2017.doc between 11.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m 3] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, since his release from jail the applicant is complying with the said condition. He submitted that, the applicant is regularly attending the Trial Court also. In view of the above, the applicant is directed to attend the Trial Court on every 1st Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of trial. The applicant shall also attend all dates before the Trial Court.
