2] This is an application seeking extension of facility of cash bail.

3] The Applicant was granted bail vide order dated 11th December, 2018, passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 746 of 2018. The Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security for a period of four weeks. Subsequently, the Applicant had preferred an application for modification of the said order, which was modified by 1/2

osk 503-appp-327-2019.odt permitting the Applicant to furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.1 lakh with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount by deleting the word "local" from the order dated 11th December, 2018. The facility of cash bail was also extended for the period of six weeks. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the cash bail facility may be further extended by the period of 12 weeks, since the Applicant is not in a position to arrange the solvent surety.

4] The cash bail facility was granted to the Applicant by order dated 11th December, 2018, which was subsequently extended by order dated 17th January, 2019 for the period of six weeks. 5] Considering the aforesaid circumstances, as a last chance, the cash bail facility granted to the Applicant is extended for the period of eight weeks.
