Upon production, taken on board. 2] The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to apply to the Sub Divisional Officer for clarifying the order dated 3 March 2015. This is because it is the case of the petitioner that there was no hearing afforded to the petitioner or his Advocate prior to vacating the status quo order which had continued and in operation upto 21 January 2015.

3] Liberty as aforesaid is granted. Such application, if made shall be decided by the Sub Divisional Officer, in accordance with law and on its own merits.

4] Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
