The Applicant was released on bail by order dated 07/10/2022 in Bail Application No.3566/2021. He was ordered to be released on cash bail for a period of six weeks in lieu of surety. The six weeks period has been extended from time to time. Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks further extension of time to furnish surety. She has stated that the Application for surety came to be rejected by the learned Sessions Court, Mumbai in view of which this Application is filed.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, as a last opportunity, time to furnish cash surety is extended by three weeks from today. 4.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
