Mr.Kankal, learned A.G.P. tenders a copy of a letter dated 3rd March, 2018 addressed by the authority to the applicants informing that the applicants can continue to run the Training Institution. He states that the application for renewal of the license is being considered by the authority. A letter dated 3rd March, 2018 is taken on record.

In view of the letter dated 3rd March, 2018, this Court is not required to pass any further interim relief in favour of the applicants. If the application for renewal of license is rejected for any reason by the 1/2

906-caw609-18 authority, the applicants would be at liberty to apply for further reliefs at that stage. In view of the letter dated 3rd March, 2018, no coercive steps shall be taken by the authority against the applicants till the application for renewal of the license is decided by the authority and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order, if any adverse order is passed by the authority. 3.

The civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

All the parties including the Authority to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
