I have ascertained from him that rest of the appellants including the appellant Yashwant Bhanudas Babar, who is said to be in Central Reserve Police Force, presently posted at Rajasthan, does not wish to prosecute the appeal.

As such, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. In view of disposal of the appeal, Civil Applications stand disposed of. Record and Proceeding be sent back to the trial Court.
