Heard Mr.H.P. Pandey, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr.D.R. Singh, learned Counsel for the respondents.

Mr. Pandey has invited my attention to paragraph-5 of the order dated 4.5.2018 in C.R.A. No.349/2017 and other companion C.R.As.. By that order, the stay granted for a period of 10 weeks was extended by further period of eight weeks from 21.5.2018. He assures that the applicants will not seek further extension of time.

As in some cases extension was already granted, I find that the request made by Mr. Pandey is
2/2 P2.CRA-531-17-gr.doc [Shyamlal v Gauri] reasonable. Hence the stay granted for a period of 10 weeks is extended for a further period of 8 weeks from 21.5.2018 with a clear understanding that no further application for extension shall be made and entertained.

Time to deposit the arrears of rent in terms of clause (d) of paragraph-32 of the order dated 6.3.2018 is extended upto and inclusive of 11.6.2018. Order accordingly.
