P.C.:- 1) Ms. Shinde, learned APP on instructions from Senior Inspector of Police, Powai Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, the case of the Petitioner i.e. Sessions Case No.346 of 2016 has already been commenced and as of today, five witnesses have been examined and the prosecution may examine 25 more witnesses in support of its case. 2) Record indicates that, the Petitioner was released on interim bail on 9th June, 2020 under the Orders of the Trial Court however he was absconded and was to be arrested by police and admitted to prison on 17th July, 2022.

3) In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner about expediting hearing of his case does not survive. 4) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
