Perused the application filed by the applicants in the main application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The allegation in this application is that there is a breach committed of orders dated 1 st February, 2013 and 5 th February, 2013 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.118 of 2013 which is the main application. Hence, what is alleged is a civil contempt. Therefore, the applicant will have to file contempt petition in accordance with the Contempt of Court (Bombay High Court) Rules, 1994. Accordingly, we dispose of this application by granting liberty to the applicant to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. (A.A. SAYED, J ) (A.S. OKA, J )
