This Interim application is filed by the licensor seeking to withdraw a sum of Rs.13,00,00,000/- deposited by the licensee We Work with Registry of the Appellate Side of the High Court of Bombay.

Ms. Naik submits that she has instructions not to oppose the withdrawal of a sum of Rs.13,00,00,000/-. Learned counsel for the respondent tenders a copy of the email dated 13 March 2024 addressed by Punit Gard on behalf of the "We Work". ADN

Hence, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the Interim Application. The prayer clause (a) reads as under :

"(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to order and direct the Registrar (Appellate Side) to disburse the sum of Rs.13,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Crores only) to the Applicant deposited by the Petitioner under Orders dated 27 January 2022 and 18 November 2022 along with the interest accrued thereon."

Hearing of the L.E. & C. Suit No.29 of 2020 pending in Small Cause Court, Mumbai is expedited.
