This is an application for modification of condition imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai by its order dated 22.8.2017 in Sessions Case No.81 of 2017. By the said condition the applicant has been directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that despite putting in best efforts the applicant is unable to get the solvent sureties for an amount of Rs.50,000/- and Page-1/2

18-appln. 136-18 therefore till date could not comply with the said condition. 3.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to modify the said condition. 4.

The applicant is permitted to furnish one or more local sureties to make up the amount of Rs.50,000/- in Sessions Case No.81/2017.

The original condition imposed upon the applicant by Order 22.8.2017 by the leaned Additional Sessions Judge, 10th Court, Dindoshi, Borivali Division, Mumbai is modified to that extent.

Rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant are not disturbed.
