Respondent No.8 has expired on 01.03.2012. The application for bringing Legal heirs on record is moved after almost 3 years i.e. on 10.03.2017. The Applicant pleaded that they were not aware of the death. The death of the Respondent No.8 was not intimated to this Court. The legal heirs are served, but they have not appeared. For the reasons mentioned in the civil application, the application is allowed.

Legal heirs of Respondent No.8 be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
