The above Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking directions against respondent No.3 i.e., Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation and its Officers to demolish the unauthorised structure i.e. ground plus 7 floors admeasuring about 7000 square feet, constructed by demolishing Municipal House No. 540/0 and 542/A, situated at Gulzar Nagar, near Noorani Masjid, 1/2 7--wp-3117-19.doc

Gaibi Nagar at Bhiwandi, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane. There is some doubt regarding the locus of the petitioner. However, since the Municipal Corporation states that they have already followed due procedure of law and are shortly taking steps to demolish the said structure, we accept the said statement and are not passing any further orders in the matter. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
