Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, on instructions, submits that subsequent to rejection of application of the appellant filed before the Special Court, the said Court has received the DNA report. Therefore, in the changed circumstances, the appellant wishes to file an application before the Special Court and accordingly, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
