By consent of the parties, the following order is passed : (i) The Matrimonial Petition No.4 of 2015 filed by the Respondent before the Civil Judge, Sr. Division at Palghar is transferred to the Civil Judge, Sr. Division at Vasai.

(ii)The Civil Judge, Sr. Division at Vasai, shall endeavour to dispose off the above Matrimonial Petition No.4 of 2015 and pass his final orders within a period of six months from the date of this order.
