Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik, submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 2nd January 2023 passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Central Region, Aurangabad, the Petitioner was released on furlough leave on 24th March 2021 and has reported back to Jail Authority on 21st April 2021. 2.

In view of above, the present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
