Mr. Dalvi has tendered affidavit dated 2.3.2017 made by Mr. Yeshwant Vitthal Shinde, son of petitioner no.1 and younger brother of petitioner no.3. Along with the affidavit, Aadhaar Cards of the petitioners are enclosed. The same are taken on record and marked 'X', Collectively, for identification. Mr. Dalvi, in the light of the affidavit of Mr. Yeshwant Shinde, seeks permission to withdraw this petition unconditionally.
