By this civil application, applicant is seeking modification of order dated 1.7.2013, passed by this Court. 3.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that the advocate on record for respondent, is no more. He received instructions to file Vakalatnama on behalf of them in first appeal as well as civil aplication. He undertakes to file Vakalatnama on or before 29.6.2019. Same is permitted. Chitra Sonawane 1

In view of disposal of first appeal itself by filing Consent Terms, nothing survives in this civil application. Hence ,same stands dismissed as infructuous.
