The learned AGP appearing for the Respondents/State, on instructions from the Respondent No.1, makes a statement that within a period of two weeks from today, the Revision No.2019/PK-57/15S would be decided. Statement accepted. Needless to observe that after passing the order on the said Revision by Respondent No.1, the copy of the said order shall be sent to the Petitioner forthwith with fasted mode of communication. Without entertaining upon the contentions raised on merits in the above Writ Petition, in the light of the aforesaid statement made by the learned AGP, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Needless to state that the contentions on merits of the parties are kept open for being agitated before the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage.
