Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

Learned APP states on instructions, that only notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been issued to the Applicants and that investigation is in progress, as per the direction of the Lower Court. She submits that as of now the applicants are not likely to be arrested.

In view of the said statement, the application does not survive. In
2/2 907-aba.369.2015.doc the event, the investigating officer intends to arrest the applicants in C.R.No.I-68 of 2010, the applicants be given 72 hours notice. In the meantime, the applicants shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the applicants will remain present before the Investigating Officer, pursuant to the notice issued under Section 41A.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
