The learned counsel for Respondent no.3 submits that Petitioner is reinstated. Regular salary from 2006 onwards is being paid to the Petitioner and for the salary from the year 2019 the salary bills are forwarded to Respondent no.2. Respondent no.3 it appears has complied the order. Respondent no.2 shall process the salary bills forwarded by Respondent no.3 for payment of salary to the Petitioner within 8 weeks from today.
