DATED : 11th OCTOBER, 2018 P.C:- Application made by petitioner earlier in the year 2016 for releasing the petitioner on furlough, was rejected in the year 2017. Shri Mohamad Laik Siddiqui who was named as a surety is declined to stand as a surety. The statement of surety came to be recorded and is filed along with the affidavit at page 40.

In the circumstances, we do not find any error in the order rejecting petitioner's application for furlough. However, we make it clear that petitioner is at liberty to file a Tilak
