The Petitioner herein has filed this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a grievance that the Court has not admitted certain documents produced by him in evidence. 2.

The order dated 21/12/2018 reveals that the Petitioner had sought to produce photocopies of several documents. The said documents as well as the other documents which have not been admitted by the Respondent, have been marked as ' Article'

In the course of the hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner stated that the Petitioner will produce certified copies/original 1/2

Jayani 27 WP2780.2022 - STM.doc documents of the documents which are marked as ' Article X' onwards and that the other documents which are not admitted by the Respondent be allowed to be produced subject to proof. With this statement, he seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the trial court for leave to produce the original documents as well as certified copies of the documents and/or for leave to adduce secondary evidence.
