He seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition to file a Review Petition.

We note that the order dated 25 February 2021 records that it was by consent. Be that at it may, since the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition to file a review, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
