The order impugned is one passed by the Co-operative Appellate Court, Pune dated 27.02.2015 in Revision Application No.8 of 2015, by the said order, the application for amendment of the dispute filed by the Petitioner came to be allowed. It seems that the dispute in question being Dispute No.5 of 2011 has been dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 13.05.2015. The said dispute has been dismissed on the ground that in spite of opportunity affidavit of evidence was not filed by the disputant. In view of the fact that the dispute itself has been dismissed for non-prosecution, the above Petition challenging the order allowing the application for amendment has turned infructuous and would have to be disposed of as having turned infructuous. In the event the dispute in BGP.

WP-2511-15.doc 15.06.2015 question is restored to file, it would be open for the Petitioner to apply for restoration of the above Petition.
