Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik, submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 11th November 2022 passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Central Region, Aurangabad, the Petitioner has been released on furlough leave for 28 days from jail on 27th December 2022.

In view of above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
