By this civil application, the applicants seeks condonation of delay of 223 days in filing the Appeal from Order. No affidavit in reply is filed by the respondents.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The applicants have explained the delay of 223 days in filing the Appeal from Order sufficiently in the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, delay of 223 days in filing the Appeal from Order is condoned. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 3.
The applicants are directed to remove all office objections within two weeks from today. If Appeal from Order is numbered, place the same on board for admission on 14th September, 2016.
