1) Though served, none appears for Respondent. It can be gathered from the record that Applicant is a custodian of a child who is yet to complete first year of his age.

2) Apart from above, I am informed that Applicant is not receiving any maintenance. As such, on both grounds, Applicant will suffer hardship. Both these grounds are established as Respondent has chosen not to controvert the same by appearing before this Court. 3) As such, Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus.
