Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The other relief being already granted in the petition, the Petitioner has prayed for the following relief: (b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order thereby directing Respondent No. 2 to give all the benefits to the Petitioners and more specifically

2 62-WP-3114-2023 .doc pursuant to the order passed by the Ld. Minister dated 20th June 2022 and 10th June, 2022;

We proceed on the basis that the orders passed by the learned Minister dated 20 June 2022 and 10 June 2022 still hold the field and have not been varied, set aside, or modified. The grievance of the Petitioner that this order is not being implemented by Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Regional Deputy Director, Other Backward Bahujan Welfare, Nashik. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that even Deputy Secretary has also directed Respondent No. 2 to include the name of the Petitioner, yet no action is being taken.

Let the matter be placed before the Additional Chief Secretary as it is not the matter to be adjudicated but it is a matter of administrative discipline. The Additional Chief Secretary will look into the issue and call for explanation from Respondent No. 2 to examine the matter and whether what is asserted by the Petitioner is correct, then call for explanation from Respondent No. 2 and issue necessary directions.

Office of the Government Pleader would forward copy to the Additional Chief Secretary for his perusal and action. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

If the Additional Chief Secretary finds that there is complete
