Mr. Jambhalikar, attached to Govandi Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, the parties have settled the dispute and the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 57th Court, Kurla, Mumbai by its Order dated 12th March, 2022 has accepted the said settlement. That, the Applicant thereof has been acquitted by the learned Magistrate by the said Order dated 12th March, 2022. She placed on record the photocopy of the operative part of the Order dated 12th March, 2022.

2) In view thereof, present Application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
