This is the second bail application. The first bail application was not pressed and it was allowed to be withdrawn by order dated 05/01/2022.

The learned APP for the respondent/State submits that the applicant is involved in three more crimes. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for more than one and half years, the trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial does not commence within a period of three months, then the applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail, before the trial Court.
