Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Rodrigues, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In light of that, we are not inclined to consider the writ petition on merits.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal. In that event, all contentions are kept open. No costs.
