P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No. 152 of 2018 originally registered with Colaba Police Station, Mumbai, and subsequently transferred to DCB CID Unit-I for investigation having renumbered C.R. No. 67 of 2018 does not conclude within a period of 9 months from today. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
