After hearing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to allow application, learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, does not press application on merits, however, prays for expediting trial as applicant is 21 years old. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that charge-sheet in this crime is filed on 19th December 2018. In the circumstances and even otherwise as provisions of POCSO Act are invoked in the present case, trial is required to be decided expeditiously. In the circumstances, following order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) Leave as prayed is allowed;

(ii) Application stands disposed of as dismissed as not pressed, however, learned Special Judge dealing with special POCSO Case
