The applicant was released on bail on 10/12/2014 by imposing a condition that he shall not leave Thane and Mumbai till the conclusion of trial.

On completion of investigation, the charge-sheet is filed and the order is passed. It is not the apprehension of the AJN

In the circumstances, condition No.(iv) as contained in the order dated 10/12/2014 is modified as under:

"(iv) The applicant shall be permitted to leave Thane and Mumbai on obtaining requisite permission from the Sessions Court, who is seized of the trial in C.R. No.25 of 2014 registered with Mira Road Police Station."

The interim application is disposed off.
