Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Shri Vijay Madye, Police Inspector (Crime), Borivali Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, in pursuance of Order passed by this Court dated 24th November 2022, the hearing of Sessions Case No. 161 of 2017 wherein the Petitioner is a prime accused has already commenced and is at the fag end. 2.

In view thereof, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned Orders passed by the Trial Court. Petitioner will be at liberty to make his submissions before the Trial Court, if permissible under the law, at the time of final arguments of the said case. 3.
