This application is for impleadment of the Applicant on the basis that the Applicant is a trustee for the time being of the school management trust. This position is disputed by original Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to the writ petition. Be that as it may, since this court is not seized of the management dispute, this court is of the view that in the interest of justice, the Applicant be impleaded as party Respondent to the writ 1 / 2
