The applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.58/2019 registered with Barshi City Police Station, Solapur (Rural) u/sec. 420, 471 r/w 34 of I.P.C.

The FIR is lodged on 22/01/2019. It is the case of the first informant that the present applicants represented to him that they were in a position to procure job for him in B.J. Medical Hospital at Pune. It is his case that for that purpose they had obtained Rs.7,50,000/-. They gave him some appointment letter which turned out to be a forged document. By the order dated 27/02/2019, a statement was made on behalf of the applicants that they would deposit Rs.7,50,000/- in this court and that statement was accepted. The office noting shows that the applicants have deposited the said amount in this court. Thus, the applicants have established their bonafide. By the same order mentioned herein above, the applicants were directed to attend the police station and co-operate with the investigation. Even this was done. Therefore, further custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary and they are entitled for the relief of anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order.
ORDER

In the event of their arrest in connection with C.R.No.58/2019 registered with Barshi City Police Station, Solapur (Rural), the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on their executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each with one or two sureties each in the like amount. 2.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
