Having regard to the nature of relief claimed in these Petitions which is in regard to the eligibility/ineligibility for the post of "Police-Patil", we are of the considered view that the Petitioners have got alternate and efficacious remedy of approaching the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In the circumstances, we decline interference in the matters.
