This application is for stay to the execution of the order passed by learned SLAO, Nashik dated 18/12/2014 in LAR No. 57 of 2006. Till the next date, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and order subject to condition of depositing the entire amount of award along with interest within twelve weeks from today. The amount be deposited in the reference Court. After amount is deposited the claimants/respondents are at liberty to apply for withdrawal of the said amount.
