In paragraph No.4 of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of Respondent No.2, it is stated as follows:

"4.

I say that the petitioner has been paid the following benefits:

1.

Group insurance scheme amount to Rs.54,300/- on 05/06/2012 2.

Leave encashment amount to Rs.2,83,280/- pm 05/06/2012 3.

General Provident Fund amount to Rs.5,17,488/- on 29/06/2011

All five instalments of arrears of 6th pay commission are also given to the petitioner after his retirement in October 2012 5.

After the order of Hon'ble High court dated 7/02/2017 monthly pension is regularly disbursed to the petitioner.

All above benefits are given to the applicant. In fact Sr.No.1 to 4 has been paid before the direction of Hon'ble High Court"

In view of the above, the order dated 7th April, 2017 stands complied. Hence, we are not inclined to grant the prayers sought in the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition to stand disposed of.
