P.C.:- 1) As observed in Order dated 3rd March, 2023, the relief sought for by the Petitioner in prayer clause (b) cannot be granted in breach of Rules and Regulations prescribed by University of Mumbai. 2) According to us, for seeking the said relief, the Petitioner will have to file appropriate Application with the University of Mumbai. 3) In view of the above, we are not inclined to grant any relief to the Petitioner.

4) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
