Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that, he is not pressing this petition at this stage. He invited my attention to the order dated 13/01/2023 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik Region, Nashik in Application No.17 of 2011. Vide that order, the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nashik was directed to make thorough enquiry of the Trust and was directed to take appropriate action and to submit a report to the Joint Charity Commissioner, within three months from receipt of the order. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Gokhale

38-wp-3105-23 enquiry is not yet over. He submitted that, directions be issued to give effect to the said order.

At this stage, since learned counsel for the Petitioners is not pressing this petition, the Petition is disposed of. 4.

It is but obvious that, the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nashik will have to give effect to the order passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik Region, Nashik on 13/01/2023, regarding the time frame.
